‍I understand that Fountain is a pre-market, trial formula that contains tretinoin, a prescription-strength retinoid known to cause dryness, flaking, purging (temporary breakouts), redness, sensitivity, and pilling -  especially in the first few weeks of use.

I accept that these effects are common and part of the adjustment process. I also acknowledge that results may vary and that adverse reactions are possible.

I confirm that I am using this product after reading and understanding the full health and safety guidelines provided by RxSkin.

2. No Guarantees or Claims

I understand that RxSkin does not guarantee specific results, and I will not hold the company liable for any adverse reactions. I acknowledge this product is provided “as is” for testing purposes.

3. Commitment to Feedback

 I agree to:
- Use Fountain nightly for 8 weeks
- Submit weekly progress check-ins (approx. 2–3 mins each)
- Upload weekly unfiltered progress photos (face only)

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

I understand this program is private and invite-only. I will not share product details, access links, formula information, or my involvement with the public without explicit permission or instruction from RxSkin.

Refrain from any public reviews.

5. Consent for Internal Use of Photos

I agree that any photos I submit may be used internally by the RxSkin team for product evaluation and research purposes. These will not be shared publicly without additional consent.

6. Right to Discontinue

I understand I may stop using the product at any time, and RxSkin reserves the right to end my participation in the program if terms are not followed.
