A Canadian physician writes your formula and a Canadian pharmacy compounds it fresh. Use it as prescribed for six months and check in each month. If your skin looks no different to your first photos, every Fountain payment comes back.
We do not hide behind the word personalized.
A licensed Canadian physician reviews your skin history and writes your formula. A licensed Canadian pharmacy compounds it fresh, in small batches, because a compounded formula is only stable for 120 days from the day it is made. That is a real medical process, and it is why we are willing to put money behind it.
It is also why we are honest about the limit. Skin is genetics, sun, hormones and habit. No prescription works on every face. If yours turns out to be one that does not respond, you should not be the one paying for it.
Everything happens in one form, opened from this page. Every step has to be done, because your claim is reviewed against the record you build.
Open the check‑in form, choose “Baseline”, and upload four photos of your skin before your first use. We email you a confirmation that you are enrolled.
Baseline photos cannot be added later. Without them there is nothing to compare your results to at 180 days, so this step has to happen first.
Your six months start on the day your first box arrives. Use your formula exactly as your prescriber sets, including any build‑up schedule in the first weeks.
Your Fountain arrives in two deliveries of three bottles. A compounded formula is only stable for 120 days from the day it is made, so we never send more than three months at a time. Your second delivery leaves before your third bottle runs out, with three more gifts.
The form asks how often you used your formula, what you are noticing, and whether anything is bothering your skin.Six check‑ins, one per month of treatment. Come back to this page once a month and open the form from here. It does not live anywhere else, so bookmark the page on the day your first box arrives. Each check‑in has to be sent during its own month of treatment. Miss one, or fill several in at the end, and the guarantee no longer applies.
Every check‑in asks for two things that prove the formula is being used:
• The lot number printed on the bottle you are on
• A photo of that bottle, held up so we can see how much is left
A bottle that has not moved in 30 days tells your prescriber more than any answer in the form, and it is the part of your record a claim is checked against.
The same four shots as your baseline, every month:
• Straight on
• Turned 45° to your left
• Turned 45° to your right
• Close on the area you care about most
Same room, same light, no makeup, no filters. Up to 10MB per photo. Your photos are used to review your skin and your claim, and nothing else.
Between day 180 and day 210, select “I am claiming the guarantee” at the end of your final check‑in.A medical team compares your latest photos to your baseline, reviews all six check‑ins, and verifies your bottle photos and lot numbers. If no visible improvement is found, your payments are refunded to your original card, usually within about 10 business days. The guarantee applies only if your skin does not respond. If improvement is visible, that means the formula worked as intended.
