1. The Promoter: RxSkin runs this giveaway. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean RxSkin.
2. Eligibility: You can enter if you live in Canada, outside Quebec, both when you enter and when the draw is held. You must be over the age of majority in your province or territory on the day you enter. Our staff, agents and representatives cannot enter. Nor can anyone else working on this giveaway, or the people they live with.
3. Giveaway Period: No purchase necessary. The giveaway starts in September 2026 and runs every month until we end it. We will post 30 days’ notice here before the last month. Each calendar month is its own entry period. It opens at 12:01 a.m. Pacific on the first day and closes at 11:59 p.m. Pacific on the last day. There is one draw a month, and the first is by 7 October 2026.
4. Entry Instructions:
4.1 Automatic entry: An RxSkin account gets you one entry in every monthly draw. New and existing accounts both count. Opening an account is free at https://app.rx.skin/account/login. No purchase necessary. Buying a product or a plan adds nothing and does not change your chance of winning.
4.2 Additional free entries: You can earn one more entry for each of these, once a month:
- Follow @tryrxskin on Instagram.
- Send @tryrxskin a direct message with the word FOUNTAIN.
4.3 Entry limit: Three entries per person, per month, across every method. We count by person, not by account. Entries do not roll over. We do not count anything sent by a bot, a script or a bulk entry service.
5. The Prize: One prize a month: a Sephora gift card worth $500 CAD. Approximate retail value $500 CAD. We send it by email or by post.
6. Winner selection: We draw one entry at random from every valid entry for that month, using a random number generator. Your odds depend on how many entries we receive that month. Each draw is held in Vancouver, British Columbia by the 7th of the following month, starting with the first draw by 7 October 2026. One person can win one prize in total.
7. Winner notification: We contact you by Instagram direct message, or at the email address on your RxSkin account. You have seven days to reply and accept. You lose the prize if, inside those seven days, we do not hear back from you, you do not return a signed release, or you answer the skill-testing question wrong. We then draw again from the remaining valid entries for that month.
8. Prize Redemption: To claim the prize you must answer a timed math skill-testing question with no help of any kind, sign a release form, and give us what we need to deliver the gift card. The question looks like this: (12 × 4) + 18 − 6 = ____. We send the prize within 30 days of you accepting and finishing those three steps. Any tax on the prize is yours to pay.
9. No correspondence: Our selection is final. We will not discuss it, except with the winner of each monthly draw.
10. Disqualification: We only accept entries made the way section 4 sets out. If you try to collect more entries than section 4.3 allows, by any method, we will disqualify you and block you from later draws.
11. Prize conditions: The prize is what we say it is. You cannot transfer it, swap it for another prize, or exchange any part of it for cash. There is no alternative. The gift card follows the terms of the company that issues it.
12. General: We are not responsible for an entry that fails to register, or arrives late, lost or incomplete, for a technical or any other reason. Entries that do not win are not carried into later draws. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta or Sephora. By entering you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility for it. Bring any question about the giveaway to us at hello@rx.skin.
13. Use of Personal Information: We use the personal information you give us to run this giveaway. We handle it under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and our Privacy Policy at https://www.rx.skin/privacy-policy. Entering is not a medical consultation and does not make you our patient. If you send us health information in an entry message, we will not use it to enter you in the draw.
14. Publicity: We may ask a winner to take part in publicity for the giveaway. That could mean using a first name, city, photo, statement, voice or likeness in our materials. You do not have to say yes to get your prize.
15. Verification: We can check any entry. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe someone broke these terms, gained an unfair advantage, or won by fraud, we can refuse the prize, take it back, or disqualify them.
16. Incorrect contact details: We are not responsible if we cannot reach a winner because the contact details on their RxSkin account or Instagram profile are wrong or out of date.
17. Changes to the giveaway: Things outside our reasonable control, or fraud, abuse or an error by a person or a computer, can affect how a draw runs or how a prize is awarded. If that happens we can pause the giveaway or change these terms at any point, with no liability to you or to anyone else. We will keep the effect on entrants as small as we can.
18. Governing law: The laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there govern this giveaway, without regard to conflicts of law. Any claim about the giveaway goes to a court of competent jurisdiction in Vancouver, British Columbia.
19. Acceptance: Entering means you accept these terms.
