1. SPONSOR

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by FAFO Ventures Inc., doing business as RxSkin, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (the “Sponsor”). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., or Sephora. By participating, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Contest Rules”). Entrants who do not comply with the Contest Rules are subject to disqualification by the Sponsor, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. The age of majority is 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan, and 19 in all other provinces and territories.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate: employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of any of the foregoing, whether or not related.

Entrants must have a valid Instagram account to enter. The Sponsor reserves the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility, including without limitation government-issued photo identification, proof of age, or proof of Canadian residency, before declaring a Giveaway winner. Failure to provide sufficient proof of identity or eligibility upon request may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of the Giveaway must be truthful, complete, and accurate.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) (the “Giveaway Period”), after which time the Giveaway will be closed and no further entries will be accepted. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

4. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Giveaway, complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

1. Follow the @tryrxskin Instagram account;
2. Comment the word “GLOW” on the official Giveaway post as published on the Sponsor’s Instagram account; and
3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments section of the Giveaway post. Friends must be tagged in separate comments. Each set of two (2) tagged friends constitutes one (1) additional entry.

For this Giveaway, receipt of entry occurs when the above-mentioned “follow,” “comment,” and “tag” actions are recorded by Instagram’s servers.

Bonus Entry (one additional entry): Share the official Giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @tryrxskin. Bonus entries will only be counted if your Instagram account is set to public at the time of posting so that the Sponsor can verify the Story share. Each entrant may earn a maximum of one (1) bonus Story share entry.

ManyChat Confirmation: After commenting “GLOW,” entrants may receive an automated direct message from @tryrxskin via ManyChat to confirm their entry. Confirming your entry via this message is encouraged but is not a mandatory condition of entry. Your comment on the post constitutes a valid entry regardless of whether you interact with the automated message.

Tampering and Fraud: If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to use multiple names, identities, email addresses, Instagram accounts, and/or automated, macro, script, robotic, or other system(s) or program(s), and/or any other method not authorized by these Contest Rules to enter or otherwise participate in the Giveaway, such conduct shall be deemed tampering and may result in disqualification from entering, participating, and/or winning a prize. Entries that contain false or incomplete information are void. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, garbled, incomplete, altered, or otherwise irregular, or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Contest Rules, are void. Proof of transmission (for example, screenshots or screen captures) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of entry.

5. PRIZE

There is one (1) prize to be won: One (1) Sephora gift card with an approximate retail value of $500.00 CAD. The gift card will be delivered electronically (e-gift card) or physically mailed to the winner at the Sponsor’s discretion.

The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative or prize substitution is available, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize, or any portion of the prize, cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received before the end of the Giveaway Period. Allocation will be randomly determined based on the results of the draw.

7. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

The Selected Entrant will be required, as a condition of winning the prize, to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (including without mechanical or electronic aid), the Sponsor’s time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered via Instagram direct message or email.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND CONFIRMATION

On or about Monday, April 20, 2026, the Sponsor or its designated representative will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period to select one (1) potential winner (the “Selected Entrant”). The Selected Entrant will be deemed the winner if they meet all of the eligibility requirements set out in the Contest Rules. If the Selected Entrant does not meet the eligibility criteria, they will be disqualified, will not receive the prize, and another Selected Entrant will be chosen by way of a random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

Before being declared a winner, the Selected Entrant will be required to:

1. correctly answer the Sponsor’s skill-testing question as described in Section 7;
2. sign and return the Sponsor’s Declaration of Eligibility and Winner Release (the “Winner Release”); and
3. comply with all other Contest Rules, all in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The Selected Entrant will be notified via Instagram direct message within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. Up to three (3) attempts over a period of five (5) business days may be made to contact the Selected Entrant. A Selected Entrant that does not respond, or cannot accept the prize, may be forfeited and a new Selected Entrant will be chosen by way of a random draw from the remaining eligible entries. A signed and completed copy of the Winner Release must be received by the Sponsor no later than five (5) business days after the Selected Entrant is notified of selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure, for any reason whatsoever, of a Selected Entrant to receive notification or of the Sponsor to receive a Selected Entrant’s response.

The Selected Entrant may be required to provide proof that they are the person associated with the entry.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All potential winners must sign the Sponsor’s Winner Release to: (i) confirm compliance with the Contest Rules; (ii) agree to accept the prize as awarded; (iii) release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., Sephora, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all manner of action, cause of action, claim or demand, loss or injury, including but not limited to use or misuse of the prize, failure of any third-party contractor or supplier in connection with any aspect of the Giveaway to perform or deliver any goods or services, any act of God or any other event beyond the Released Parties’ control, any dissatisfaction of any kind by the winner with any aspect of the Giveaway or prize, and liability from physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrant, their guests, heirs, or assignees have, might have, or could have suffered by reason of or arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise of the prize as awarded; and (iv) indemnify the Released Parties against any loss, damage, or expense, including legal fees, that may be incurred as a result of non-compliance by the entrant with any of the Contest Rules, or participation in the Giveaway, and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise of the prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

1. incorrect or inaccurate information that may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Giveaway or to be awarded the prize, including but not limited to human error, technical malfunctions, lost or destroyed entries for any reason, omission, or any combination thereof, and entries that fail to fully comply with the Contest Rules;
2. technical failure of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions or interruptions;
3. lost, incomplete, delayed, mutilated, or misdirected entries or Winner Releases;
4. injury or damage to the entrant’s computer or personal device, or to any other individual’s device, related to or resulting from participating in, or downloading any material associated with, the Giveaway or accepting the prize;
5. any injury or damage to any person’s property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of the prize;
6. late, lost, or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential winner; or
7. unauthorized access to an entrant’s Instagram or email accounts that may result in someone other than the winner being able to receive the prize on their behalf.

10. EMAIL COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

During the ManyChat confirmation process, entrants may be invited to voluntarily provide their email address to subscribe to the RxSkin marketing mailing list. Providing an email address is entirely optional and is not a condition of entry or eligibility to win. Entrants who choose not to provide their email address remain fully eligible for the Giveaway.

By voluntarily providing an email address and opting in to the RxSkin mailing list, the entrant provides express consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) to receive commercial electronic messages from RxSkin (operated by FAFO Ventures Inc.), including but not limited to product announcements, promotional offers, skincare tips, and other marketing communications. Each such message will identify the sender, include the Sponsor’s contact information, and contain a functional unsubscribe mechanism. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting the Sponsor directly.

By entering this Giveaway, each entrant consents to the Sponsor collecting, using, and storing the personal information submitted (including Instagram username and, if voluntarily provided, email address) for the purpose of administering the Giveaway. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at rx.skin/privacy. The Sponsor will not sell or share entrants’ personal information with third parties except as required to administer the Giveaway or as required by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for the security or privacy of information transmitted for the purpose of Giveaway participation via computer networks or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third-party computer hackers or otherwise.

Winners agree to the use of their first name and province of residence for promotional purposes, including publication on the Sponsor’s Instagram account, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, to be acting in violation of these Contest Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

12. RULE AMENDMENTS

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Contest Rules, or to modify, cancel, or suspend the Giveaway without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupts, or threatens to corrupt, the security or proper administration of the Giveaway.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal laws. These Contest Rules shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Contest Rules, rights and obligations between entrants and the Sponsor, and procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law principles. By entering, each entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any dispute arising from or relating to the Giveaway.

14. NO AFFILIATION

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., or Sephora. You agree to fully release and hold Instagram Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., and Sephora harmless from any and all liability related to your participation in the Giveaway.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property associated with this Giveaway, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, slogans, and representations, are owned by the Sponsor unless otherwise stated. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any of the Sponsor’s intellectual property without the express written consent of the Sponsor is strictly prohibited.

16. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be announced on the @tryrxskin Instagram account (via Story and/or feed post) on or about April 18, 2026. The winner’s first name and province of residence may be published for promotional purposes.
